FAQ

How long is a session?

All sessions are 60 mins.

Do you offer tax receipts?

As a member of the ANQ, I offer receipts. I invite you to confirm if your insurance covers naturotherapy services.

Is this psychotherapy?

No. Somatic Therapy can be complementary to psychotherapy but it does not offer diagnoses or treatments like the latter. If you feel distress, please seek appropriate support. There are different approaches out there and I encourage you to find the one that best fits your needs.

Do you work with couples?

Yes! So you can address your relationship individually or with your partner·s, as you prefer!

How much is a session?

Individual sessions are $110 and sessions for couples are $130.

Do you only work with women?

Not at all! I care to make this space inclusive and work with people of all genders and identities.

Do you do in-person sessions?

Yes, at Cabinet Holistique. If you prefer, online sessions are also available, which allow you to open up at your own pace and turn-off your camera if you feel shy during practices while still getting my full support. Plus you get to be in your comfiest gear (yep, that also means your pj’s).

How do I know if this is for me?

I invite you to book a free 15 minute discovery call. It’s the best way to see how I can best support you. What you will share during this call will remain confidential.
